Thank you for your interest in renting a hall at Saint Mary of the Annunciation Parish.

Our Parish Hall is reserved first and foremost for parish and church activities. However, when space is available, we welcome outside rental requests.

• Large Hall Capacity: up to 100 people
• Hall Rental Cost  $ 600

All hall rental inquiries must be submitted exclusively through this form.
Phone inquiries will not be accepted or processed.
You will receive a response from the Saint Mary of the Annunciation Parish Office within 5 business days.
Please do not contact the parish office regarding your request before this timeframe.

Facility Rental Disclaimer

I understand that this submission is a facility inquiry only and does not guarantee a reservation.

A reservation is not confirmed until:

• A rental agreement is signed, and
• A confirmation is issued by the Office email, and
• Any required deposit is received

I understand that Saint Mary of the Annunciation Parish reserves the right to approve or deny any request at its sole discretion.

I agree that all guests, vendors, and participants will respect the sacred nature of the property, including all church areas, and will conduct themselves in a respectful and orderly manner at all times.

I understand that:

• Parish activities take priority and may affect availability
• Parking is complimentary but not guaranteed, and vehicles may not block designated areas
• I am responsible for the conduct of all guests and vendors associated with my event

I agree to comply with all parish policies, local laws, and Archdiocesan guidelines, including those related to safety, occupancy limits, and alcohol service (if applicable).

If alcohol is served, I understand that I am responsible for obtaining any required licenses, insurance, and/or hiring properly licensed vendors, as required by law.

I understand that I am responsible for:

• Any damages to the facility or property caused during the event
• Proper cleanup and removal of all items brought into the facility
• Adhering to the agreed-upon rental time, including setup and breakdown

I acknowledge that Saint Mary of the Annunciation Parish is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal property, nor for any injuries or incidents occurring during the event.

Saint Mary of the Annunciation Parish reserves the right to cancel or terminate an event at any time if:

• Policies are not followed
• Required documentation or payments are not completed
• The event poses a risk to safety, property
• Circumstances beyond its control require cancellation

In such cases, any refund will be handled according to the terms outlined in the rental agreement.
