What is Hakuna?

Born at World Youth Day in Rio de Janeiro in 2013, Hakuna is an international Eucharistic family of Christians who journey together to follow Christ. We share a lifestyle rooted in Eucharistic Adoration—kneeling before Christ the Host to listen, pray, and renew our hearts.

A central part of our charism is music. Through song and praise, we joyfully remind the world of the beauty of life and the beauty of Christ.

Following our hour of Adoration, we gather for a time of fellowship to build community and share in friendship. Whether you are looking for a deeper prayer life, beautiful music, or a welcoming community, there is a place for you here. All are welcome!
